Greetings HeroClix Fans!
Today we continue our exploration of the Superman “Battle for Smallville” Fast Forces pack with Superman’s opposite, Bizarro!
Bizarro has a dial that at first glance lives up to his namesake, but upon closer inspection, has all the powers a well designed Bizarro should. Offensively in his speed slot, Bizarro rotates through Running Shot, Charge, and Force Blast. With a move and attack power on all his clix but two, and a way to potentially free himself from adversaries on those two clix, Bizarro is quite a mobile figure.
Defensively, we see a similar layout of powers on Bizarro as he cycles through Invulnerability, Toughness, and Super Senses. Damage reduction on most clicks and the ability to avoid damage all together on the rest should keep Bizarro in the game for a while. On his damage power slots, Bizarro possesses two clicks each of Perplex, Probability Control, and Range Combat Expert! Possessing a pair of desirable support powers and a very effective damage dealing power helps make Bizarro quite the team player.
Bizarro also possesses a trait called (aptly enough) Bizarro World, which makes his attack rolls of 2 or 3 critical hits, and rolls of 11 or 12 critical misses! In addition, Bizarro also has the Superman Enemy team ability, allowing him the use of Outwit when paired with another figure with this team ability.
At only 150 points with a good selection of keywords, aggressive combat values and a power set to utilize them, Bizarro will make his way onto many forces. Join us next week as we continue our look at the “Battle for Smallville” Fast Forces pack. Thanks for reading and be sure to keep tour dials off their KO clicks!
