Today we visit the lands of the Westfold and pay homage to the Court of Rohan by spotlighting the sister-daughter to the King, Eowyn!
Eowyn begins play aiding the efforts of others thanks to her special power, the White Lady of Rohan. This special power allows her to use both Perplex and Support on figures with one or more action tokens. An initial click of Willpower means that Eowyn can act to do the most good without fear of pushing damage as well!
After her first click, Eowyn displays her disdain for watching others go off to war and goes on the offensive herself. Both Charge and Combat Reflexes demonstrate her skill at arms, while mid-dial Blades/Claws/Fangs displays her swordsmanship (swordswomanship?).
A final click of Outwit allows Eowyn to counter a critical power the opposing force may be counting on. Lastly, Eowyn’s Fearless Charge trait grants her a modified Carry ability while also enabling her to ignore the effects of other chaaracters on her movement when she uses Charge.
At only 50 points Eowyn is well-suited as a secondary or tertiary attacker and support piece. Her Warrior keyword allows her to thematically work with a variety of great teams and strategies as well.
