For today’s Marvel HeroClix: Avengers Movie preview, we visit with the final member of the Warriors Three, Fandral the dashing!
Like his comrades Hogun and Volstagg, Fandral begins play with the Warriors Three Together trait! This trait boosts Fandral’s damage by +1 if two or more friendly characters with the Warriors Three keyword are within three squares.
Fandral begins his dial with the ever-useful combination of Charge and Blades/Claws/Fangs. With a flair for theatrics, Fandral loses Blades/Claws/Fangs but retains the use of Charge on his second click. Blades/Claws/Fangs returns on Fandral’s third click but Charge now makes way for Flurry for two clicks. On his second-to-last click, Fandral again regains Blades/Claws/Fangs but his preferred movement power becomes Leap/Climb!
Fandral’s Asgardian heritage gives him dense skin, which is represented by Toughness on three-fourths of his dial. As an experienced duelist, Fandral knows where to strike his opponents during combat. This is represented on his dial via Exploit Weakness!
At 67 points, Fandral makes a great addition to any force using the Asgardian, Warrior, and Warriors Three keywords!
