Today’s preview spotlights the one-time companion to the Hulk, an ally to Hercules, and the chosen champion of the Greek goddess Athena herself! We can only be talking about Amadeus Cho!
Amadeus Cho begins play with his damage special power showing that he is the 7th Smartest in the World, which allows him to use Outwit, and if no friendly figures have a power or ability countered, Probability Control! On his second click, Amadeus Cho picks up his attack special power, Time to Calculate Trajectory. This special power grants Cho the use of Penetrating/Psychic Blast with a +2 bonus to attack and range, but his damage value is locked at 1. Late- dial Amadeus Cho swaps back and forth between regular Outwit and Probability Control, while defensively Amadeus Cho relies upon a full dial of Energy Shield Deflection to show his use of Banner-Tech shielding.
Amadeus Cho also features a trait that reflects his time adventuring with Hercules. Unlikely Dou allows Amadeus Cho and Hercules to both have +1 to their attack when they are adjacent to each other.
At only 59 points, Amadeus Cho possesses a host of useful support powers and a good selection of keywords. Amadeus Cho is an ideal candidate to support the efforts of most any force!
