In an effort to keep everyone abreast of the latest news, we have the following announcement regarding the upcoming release of the Marvel HeroClix: Guardians of the Galaxy booster brick (SKU 71462).
Due to a late shipment out of China, some Alliance customers may experience a delay in receiving their product, or may not initially receive their entire order:
- Some Alliance Midwest stores may experience a 2-3 day delay in receiving their Marvel HeroClix: Guardians of the Galaxy booster brick orders. Stores that have release events scheduled Wednesday – Friday (13-15 August) should consider re-scheduling to accommodate this delay.
- Some Alliance East stores may find their initial Marvel HeroClix: Guardians of the Galaxy booster brick orders allocated. PLEASE NOTE: the rest of your order will be shipped to you as soon as the next wave of product arrives at Alliance East. (which we expect to arrive a 7-10 days after initial release)
By informing everybody of these concerns as soon as possible, our hope is to minimize as much confusion as we can. We regret any inconvenience these delays may cause, and retailers should re-schedule any Marvel HeroClix: Guardians of the Galaxy release events or other applicable Organized Play events accordingly.
